The Seller needs a large part of the Buyer's personal data in order to enter into the Purchase Agreement, make a customized painting or deliver the ordered goods. Therefore, the billing and delivery data is primarily processed on these legal grounds.

The Seller undertakes not to make available, disclose, provide to third parties (other than a delivery company) or use for marketing purposes, to protect against destruction, damage, loss, misuse and inspection by third parties, any personal data of the potential Buyer associated with the order and necessary for its processing and for the preparation of the related payment, delivery and accounting documents and for delivery of the work, and to use them only for these purposes and for archiving purposes in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts and Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (of the EU) (GDPR). The provision of personal data by a potential customer or buyer is voluntary and the permission for processing is expressed by submitting an order or paying a deposit for a customized painting.

If a potential customer or buyer does not consent to the processing of their personal data or withdraws such consent, the Seller shall not process such personal data or shall cease processing such personal data. A potential customer is entitled to be informed about the status of processing of their personal data, to get a copy of their personal data subject to processing, to have the incorrect or outdated personal data corrected in the course of processing, to have their personal data deleted if the purpose of the processing has been fulfilled, to object the use of their personal data upon a free written request. If a potential customer communicates with the portal operator or orders a painting otherwise than via the portal, their personal data shall only be processed for the above-mentioned purposes in accordance with the above-mentioned Data Protection Act and the GDPR Regulation, whilst in such case the consent is not required.
